A Luxury Inspired By Music

4/23/2018

Traveling to places where you don’t speak the language can easily make you feel distant with everything around you. It’s different from Aria Hotel Budapest. With music being a universal language, the hotel embraces anyone from around the world with its unique music concept applied in each and every corner. It is a home away from home.

Aria Hotel Budapest is situated in the heart of Budapest, a city that offers countless attractions, from historic sites to modern arts. The Aria is walking distance to main tourist attractions, such as the St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Chain Bridge and the Buda Castle. With that kind of situation, any day around the Aria is always a lively and interesting one.

The hotel opened its doors back in 2015, following the footsteps of its sister property in Prague, both parts of the Library Hotel Collection owned by Henry Kallan. It sits in a classical 1870s building, which interior designer Zoltán Varro has successfully combined it with modern comfort and luxury style. Bearing the theme of music, entrance to the lobby will be welcomed by a piano keys centrepiece and flooring.

The four wings are dedicated to different music genres – Classical, Opera, Jazz and Contemporary. Each of the 44 rooms and 5 suites features caricatures of musical legends such as Maria Callas, Count Basie, Bob Dylan and James Brown. Three rooms are dedicated especially to Hungarian legends, Béla Bartók, Ferenc Liszt and Zoltán Kodály. Each room is provided with an iPad, a handy smartphone with free local and international calls, and 4G internet access that helps guests navigate around the city, a multi-media library and a Nespresso machine with free capsules.

The High Note SkyBar is another extraordinary facility of the Aria, offering a 360° panorama overlooking the St. Stephen’s Basilica and the whole city. It’s also the only rooftop bar in the city that offers a-year-long entertainment with some closed areas that allow guests to have the comfort of warmth during winter. Furthermore, in the F&B department, the Aria provides lavish buffet breakfast and two-hour long wine and cheese reception accompanied by live music.

Staying fit while traveling is a must. A fitness and wellness centre is available, or you can indulge in the relaxing treats of Harmony Spa after a long city tour. An array of facials, beauty and spa treatments and massages are available, or you can choose to relax in a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath or simply unwind in the cabanas.

All the facilities are provided to make sure that each guest feels as comfortable as they are home. Coupled with a fully engaged team, the experiences you get when staying at Aria Hotel Budapest is as memorable as a catchy tune.
