At 27 years old, Indonesian pastry chef Talita Setyadi has gathered influences from various travels throughout Australasia, the US, and Europe to create her first bakery project: BEAU. These inspirations result in unshakable international quality and service, which challenges the standard of existing local bakeries. Strategically located on first floor of Grand Indonesia’s East Mall, the café allows visitors to enjoy their yummy pastries while taking in the atmosphere of the mall’s entire section.
