Madrid based architectural firm, OOIIO, designed a hotel building on the cliff of Lima, Peru, that is not only functional but also a visual landmark of the city. The Unbalance Hotel does not obstruct the view of its surrounding, it manages to rather frames the views of both the Andes and Pacific Ocean instead. The frame-shaped building appears to enhance the remarkable view and will featured 125 rooms, restaurants, conference rooms, meeting rooms and exhibition spaces.
