GREEN GARDEN RESIDENCE

A limited space does not mean a house should lose its character as a comfortable and tranquil haven for its occupants. An architect often has to use his skills to show people that certain spatial constraints do not necessarily hinder luxury, like in this particular house in Jakarta’s Green Garden area for example. With a design that heeds the needs of its occupants —placing meticulously the void area and openings, ensuring an efficient flow between rooms, as well as implementing the savvy use of technology and materials— the details shown throughout the house highlight its brilliance to present a luxurious place of living.
