Hotels, from cheap lodgings to swanky five-star landmarks, often feature centre stage on the big screen. Some films even use hotel names as their movie title, such as The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2011) and The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) – although the hotels in these two movies do not actually exist in real life!
