We should never underestimate the value of a family, especially when it comes to making memories in a family home. Indeed, the saying that ‘family makes this house a home’ rings true every time. A beautiful house in the eastern part of Surabaya has reinvented itself as a new abode — the result of extensive renovation work done to an old family home that is filled with treasured memories spanning more than three decades. The essence of a home is not lost despite the changes in the house’s physical form because its spirit still remains inside various crucial elements of this nostalgic dwelling.
