Based on the knowledge that working spaces are the second most in-demand structures after housing compounds, Intiland as one of the largest developers in Indonesia is creating a modern mixed-use building in Surabaya’s busiest area. Dubbed Praxis, the project places its office block and leisure area right in the middle of the site as the center for the main activities of the apartment and hotel which flank the superblock on the left and right side. As a new structure, Praxis is sure to provide the downtown area of Surabaya with an exciting new heartbeat.
